Below is some information to consider if you will be attending this year’s retreat.
Community Sign Ups
Each year, retreat attendees sign up to bring a number of tools, glass, equipment and food to contribute during the weekend. Please review the equipment list and volunteer to bring any items we’ll need.

We also put together a large dinner each evening of the retreat and ask all retreat attendees to sign up to bring some dishes to share. Please review the food sign up sheet and volunteer to bring some tasty yum-yums.

Following dinner, we asked a number of individuals to volunteer with cleaning up to prevent the critters from having a party after we go to bed. Please visit the cleaning sign up sheets to sign up for a slot.

Carpooling
Many people will be attending this year’s bead retreat. For those of you who have been to the resort before, you know parking can be a pain. As such, I HIGHLY encourage people to ride together where possible! Please save gas and parking spaces by picking a riding buddy (or buddies)!
Arriving at the Resort
All retreat attendees staying in the condo block MUST check in at the front office upon arrival. However, please do not take any keys! Attendees staying in the condos should not arrive any earlier than 1:00 PM!
Suggested Packing List
We’ve put together a list of suggested items to pack for the retreat. It’s easy to forget something like BEADS (*cough*cough*Melissa*cough*cough), so hopefully this checklist will help!
